Who is DrugFree Idaho?

DrugFree Idaho Inc. is a non-profit 501(C)(3) organization that works to create a drug-free culture within our workplaces, schools and communities. DrugFree Idaho Inc. is governed by a Board of Directors which includes community, business, and law enforcement leaders. We are funded by revenue from our drug testing program, grants, fund-raising events, corporate sponsors and donations.

DrugFree Idaho works to create a drug-free culture within our workplaces, schools and communities.  We focus on preventing youth substance abuse, enriching families and positively impacting our community.

What is a Coalition?

The DrugFree Idaho Coalition is funded by a Drug Free Communities Grant from the Federal Government.  It is made up of concerned citizens from all walks of life who are interested in joining forces to reduce substance abuse in Boise and Garden City.   The coalition must include individuals from 12 different sectors within our community.  Examples of various sectors include; parents, business leaders, faith-based organizations, law enforcement, parks and recreation department etc.
